Collect your Uniform – After speaking to Master Sergeant Gutsy, head to the first floor foyer. Grab the “Uniform Disbursement Log” on the desk to discover the place of the Uniform Voucher.
– Make your way to the barracks and discover the “Uniform Voucher” in a container.
