1.2.1.05 Jobseeker payment (JSP) – description
What is JSP?
JSP is the working age payment that NSA from 20 March 2020.

JSP is determined on a daily basis and is paid in financial obligations, usually in instalments of 14 days. Instalment durations of less than 14 days may be paid where an individual changes their payday plans.

Supplementary assistance
Recipients getting JSP MAY also get several of the following as part of their JSP rate:
– lease help (1.2.7.10).
– energy supplement (1.2.7.50).
– pharmaceutical allowance (1.2.7.20).
– remote area allowance (1.2.7.80).
– approved program of work supplement (1.2.7.180).
They MAY likewise be entitled to the following while in invoice of JSP:
– telephone allowance (1.2.7.70).
HCC (1.2.8.10) or PCC (1.2.8.20).
LLNS (1.2.7.110) if carrying out training through the Skills for Education and Employment Program.
