– Evidence of your business successes in the performing arts

** Examples of Documentary Evidence That a Person is an Impressive Professor or Researcher

In order to show you are an impressive professor or researcher, you must include evidence of 2 of the 6 noted criteria below (or equivalent proof if any of the requirements do not easily use):

– Evidence of receipt of major rewards or awards for outstanding accomplishment

– Evidence of membership in associations that need their members to demonstrate outstanding accomplishment

– Evidence of released material in professional publications composed by others about the alien’s work in the scholastic field

– Evidence of participation, either on a panel or individually, as a judge of the work of others in the exact same or allied scholastic field

– Evidence of initial clinical or academic research contributions in the field

– Evidence of authorship of academic books or articles (in academic journals with global circulation) in the field

Application Process

Extraordinary Ability: You might make an application for yourself by filing a Kind I-140, Petition for Alien Worker.

Outstanding Professors and Researchers: Your U.S. employer must file a Form I-140, for Alien Worker. As part of the application procedure, your company should have the ability to show a continuing capability to pay the offered wage as of the priority date.
